If you would like to reserve use of the St. Patrick conference rooms in our Parish Center, please provide the information requested below.  Someone from the parish will contact you as soon as possible.

Once your reservation request has been submitted, please review the "needed documentation" (found at bottom of page). You will need to fill out for submittal, if your reservation request is accepted.
The "reservation contract" will be needed for all reservations, and the "special event insurance" will be needed for any organization that does not already posses, or is unable to provide proof of, a liability insurance policy.
